Tarif Interchange proves RADCON#7’s  performance on a raised interchange near Abu Dhabi

The pictured raised section of the Tarif Interchanged located near Abu Dhabi was waterproofed with RADCON Formula #7’s unique technology in 2001. The project was one of the first to utilise this sub-surface membrane which remains active inside the concrete in the UAE, although the technology has been available on the market for over 20 years. After 8 years of operation, the RADCON #7 sealed deck remains completely watertight and continues to protect concrete from carbonation and steel reinforcement corrosion.
