Radcrete Pacific seeks to meet the terms and conditions of the Australian National Privacy Policy Act 1988 taking into account the Privacy Amendment Act 2000 which regulates from 21 st December 2001 .
This privacy statement explains in general terms how Radcrete protects the privacy of your personal information under "NPP" guidelines.

When you view this web site, our ISP (web central) makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

By your entry to our website for various purposes creating various auto-reply responses.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information
For broadcast e-mail or fax transmissions on any special offers, electronic newsletters, news stories and Radcrete general promotions.

Disclosure Of Personal Information To Third Parties
Your local Radcon agent will have password access to confirm your website visit and may wish to contact you direct to promote our products and their services.

  • Your information may become available to our electronic funds transfer services credit card account processing and related services.
  • Your details may become available to freight forwarders where sample product or product orders require shipping.

In these situations we prohibit the third party contractor from using personal information about you except for the specific purpose for which we supply it.

Other than the above we will not disclose your personal details without your express consent unless disclosure may be necessitated by a law enforcement agency who may authorise its legal authority to inspect our "ISP" logs.

Access And Correction Of Information We Hold About You
If you have only browsed our website the only information we will hold on you is your return e-mail address and general statistical information provided by our ISP.  Radcrete will not be held responsible for mis-information or out of date information supplied by you.

Resolving Your Concerns
If you wish to have your personal information deleted form our database for any reason you are welcome to place your request in writing to our IT department outlining your reasons to be removed from our data base.

Privacy of Information
The details you supply remain the private property of Radcrete Pacific and the list will not be sold or promoted to any outside entities for marketing purposes or otherwise.

Additionally our presenting agents in your country of domicile may access your details so they may assess your requirements vis product supply only, product supply and application quotations or to offer to site supervision quotes should you require this support on site for your own labour team.

 

Whilst all care and responsibility will be taken to maintain our clients privacy provisions Radcrete makes no warranty in respect of its' effectiveness to do so, where events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide could occur.
